| Eugene and Margaret welcome you to Ashling Haus, a small and friendly Bed
and Breakfast situated at the base of the Schmittenhohe mountain in the beautiful resort
of Zell am See. We are located 150 meters from the Zeller Berghbahn lift (gondola)
and a 10 minute walk to the town centre and lake. In the morning you can ski to the
gondola lift and after a long and enjoyable day on the mountain ski to our back door.

We are both Irish and have been skiing in Austria for many years. In 1997 we
opened our first guest house in Dublin - Aghadoe
House which is approved by the Irish Tourist Board. This has been a
great success, attracting guests from all corners of the world. Because of our love
for skiing, Austria and the healthy lifestyle we have now opened our sister guest house in
Zell am See, newly built and opening for its first season in December 2002.

| We pride ourselves in offering our guests a "Cead Mile Failte" (100,000
welcomes) and Irish hospitality in the beautiful surroundings of Zell am See, magnificent
views can be seen from most of our room some of which have balconies.

Zell am See is one of Austria's most beautiful places, nestled in a picturesque
setting between Lake Zeller See and Schmittenhohe Mountain. This beautiful town is
surrounded by majestic mountains and gentle rolling hills and has must to offer the
traveler and adventurer. We are located 150 mtrs from the zeller Bergbahn lift. Our house is a 7 minute walkwalk to the centre of Zell am See of which there is a 3 minute steep walkway/driveway from the public road to our house. |
